Sidebar Widget Button

  I would like to add a button to the sidebar that opens the link in another window. I can get it to open in the same window, but not in a new tab/window. What code do I need, since target=’blank’ doesn’t work

  I have used the custom html widget, and I can get the button to appear and link to the external site. However, it opens in the same window so people are routed away from my site. That’s the problem I need to fix, but so far nothing I can think of will work
