Sidebar widget disappearing
-
The widget on my sidebar for my embedded newsletter form keeps disappearing. This only started happening a few weeks ago (or maybe two months) and I have not made any changes to my theme. I also already reached out to my email marketing provider and they researched and stated the issue does not lie with them. Could you please assist?

Hi there,
Could you please share the link to the site you’re having trouble with?
Just to let you know this is a public forum for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
If the site you are using is an open-source (WordPress.org) with a different host, you can refer to the correct forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress.org software you can read this article:
Thanks!

I am having the same problem and cannot determine the cause. When I go to the WP Admin – Links section it shows all my sidebar link categories and is marked YES in the visibility column, but they are not visible in the sidebar of my Blog site. Then today, I added the “Follow My Blog” widget, and still another Link category I created disappeared from visibility. Are the number of sidebar widgets limited in how many you can display in your sidebar???

Hi there!
We would need to know the address of your site to be able to advise. As @vinitdhake mentioned, we can only help with sites hosted on our servers.
