Sidebar widgets missing & Follow function

    Our sites sidebar widgets are missing. They were there yesterday.

    Some people are “Following” our site without an email and some are. Is there a setting to require everyone to submit an email to follow us? If so, what happens to the people who are following us without an email? Is there a way to contact followers if they have not included their email? Something like asking WP to forward a message would work.
