Sidebar Widgets no work in Digg3

I noticed that the sidebar widgets stopped showing up on my blog. They worked yesterday. Is there something I need to do to fix this? I’m using digg3 as the theme. You can check it out at http://www.ozcitysoccer.com any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have widgets after adding that large photo in your most recent post? In IE7 the image seems to be encroaching on the right sidebar.

Most of your images are too wide for your theme and need to be resized, that is what is breaking your theme. http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/09/25/how-big-can-my-images-be/

You have a lot of images that are too wide and they should be fixed as well. If you don’t see the image border on the right-hand side of the image, it is too wide.

It has stopped working again. I went and made sure all the images are not too big, but the widgets still don’t show up. They are way at the bottom of the page. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try this as a test. Remove your recent comments widget from your sidebar. For some reason Firebug is showing stuff in it running out the right side of it.

You might also want to look at the validation on your main page. There are 27 errors (most of them minor) that should be corrected such as alt=”” attributes missing on image links and also there you have used the <div> tags with element type “title” in your two text widgets with the tables, and that could be messing things up.

I got it working by limiting post on first page to 7. It was at 11, not sure why that made a difference.
