sidebar widgets won’t appear

  I have 5 sidebar widgets in the Sidebar 1 window: Categories, Pages, Links, Search, and Archives. Only Categories shows on my site. I remove them all, re-add them one by one, but nothing changes. What am I doing wrong?

  Except for the links. … the rest seem to be displaying correctly !

  Yes, they seem to have magically appeared, thanks. I haven’t done a thing. Where’s that links widget though? There’s already a thread about missing links, but they don’t seem to have resolved it.

  Sidebars are cached. They sometimes take a few short bits to show up.

  As to the links, there’s been many threads covering it. And a checklist.
