sidebar/slideshow size
-
I am working developing a new website for my company and have a few questions on simple (hopefully) modifications to the Gridiculous Pro theme that I chose: http://ticoastal.wordpress.com/.
1) I created a slideshow to go in my sidebar of my page, however it is quite small. I would like to remove the border around the pictures, make the slideshow larger and be able to click on the slide show and have it pop up so you can scroll through larger photos. Basically, I would like to display larger thumbnails in the revolving slideshow, then, if someone were to click on the images, it would pop out as a new gallery and enable people to click through a larger photo.
2) In the header of the page, the company’s name is displayed on the left side and our logo is on the right. I would like the place the logo above the name on the left hand side of the header and make it a bit smaller.
3) Can I change the text on each page to full justification rather than left, center or right?
4) When the cursor hovers over the navigation menu items, can they modifiy their color to a lighter gray than is shown for the navigation bar itself? Basically, if the mouse cursor hovers over a menu item (whether it be on the bar itself or on a dropdown menu item) the block containing the link would turn lighter grey.
5) Is it possible to make the navigation bar menu items more centered or spread out evenly across the entire bar?
6) Most of my additional pages will contain a slide show or some kind of static image. Can I control which items are in each slide show so different images display on each page rather than having redundant slideshows?
Thank you for your help, I know I just asked a ton of questions, but any assistance is greatly appreciated.

#widget-gallery-7-slideshow .slideshow-slide img { max-height: 100% !important; } .slideshow-slide { height: 200px !important; }It is not possible to link the images in the sidebar slideshow, or have them pop up in a light-box style box.
2) In the header of the page, the company’s name is displayed on the left side and our logo is on the right. I would like the place the logo above the name on the left hand side of the header and make it a bit smaller.
Give the following a try and see what you think.
.header-widget { float: left; height: 100px; } .header-widget .tiled-gallery .gallery-group img { height: auto !important; max-width: 80% !important; }3) Can I change the text on each page to full justification rather than left, center or right?
This will justify all post/page content.
.entry-content { text-align: justify; }4) When the cursor hovers over the navigation menu items, can they modifiy their color to a lighter gray than is shown for the navigation bar itself? Basically, if the mouse cursor hovers over a menu item (whether it be on the bar itself or on a dropdown menu item) the block containing the link would turn lighter grey.
Give this a try and you can adjust the color as desired.
#site-navigation li:hover { background: #777777; }5) Is it possible to make the navigation bar menu items more centered or spread out evenly across the entire bar?
The following will center align the menu items while the full, non-mobile, menu is displayed. We’ll let the mobile menu stay left aligned as it is. The second rule below increases the left and right padding on the top level menu items from 15px to 25. 25 seems to be a good value and keeps the full menu from going to two lines on narrower browser window settings and screens. Again, I limited this change to the full menu.
@media screen and (min-width: 769px) { #site-navigation { text-align: center; } #site-navigation li a { padding-left: 20px; padding-right: 20px; } }6) Most of my additional pages will contain a slide show or some kind of static image. Can I control which items are in each slide show so different images display on each page rather than having redundant slideshows?
Yes, when creating or editing the page, uploaded the images you wish to include in the slideshow on that page. You can learn more on this on the following support pages:
