  I dont have the button “tillägg” in the sidepanel (tillägg – its swedish. Don’t know the english word for it.. But i want to install a plugin! But cant do that without the “tillägg”-button. Can you please help me?
  I wanna install a “like”-plugin that’ts not connected to Facebook but something similar to http://www.elaineeksvard.se/blog – you can “heart” what she is writing and also “heart” (like) comments! Do u understand? Hope u can help me!

  Here’s how to enable Likes on your site.

  For posts or pages:

  For comments:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/comment-likes/#how-to-enable comment-likes

  There is no plugins button in the menu here at WordPress.com because you can’t install additional plugins here. These are the only plugins available and they are already built-in and you can’t add your own.
