Sight: no grid and slideshow

  Hi, I use Sight template and have the following problems:
  1. I do not have sub menu “Theme options” under menu “Appearance”
  2. I do not see grid layout on my page
  3. I also do not see the slideshow (and do not have a tick box when i create a post “Show in the slide show”)

  I setup a theme from a standard web interface.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
