'sight' theme homepage carousel suddenly not displaying properly

  I am using your wonderful ‘sight’ theme for my blog http://smashingtheglass.com/ and I absolutely love it. I’ve been using it for a few months with no complaints

  The only problem is since this morning, the carousel on the homepage is showing much ‘deeper’ than it should be, with a block of empty space right under the carousel that looks terrible.

  There’s a big gap between the main carousel image and the ‘latest entries’ element. Can you see?

  I would like to get this fixed asap. What to do?

  I am sorry you waited for so long. Will you please post into this thread as it’s marked for Staff? https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/sight-theme-featured-slider-problem?replies=10 It would be good to keep all bloggers who are having the same problem with the Sight theme in the same thread.
