sight theme – no upload logo option?

  trying to upload a logo to my blog using the sight theme so that the logo displays correctly on mobile (currently using a workaround by uploading a header with only logo at far left). there doesnt appear to be a ‘theme options’ menu like in the sight theme video. Is there any way to upload a logo using this theme?
