Sight theme questions

    Hi there! I want to change a couple of things on my new blog and I don’t know how. I am using the free version of the Sight theme, so I can only hope it’s possible.

    1. Could the background of the drop-down menus from the navigation bar not be black? I hate dark background with light writing on it…
    2. Could the tag-line (“Absolutely nothing in moderation” in this case) be moved or/and resized?
    3. Is there a way to write all posts in two languages (in this case, Bulgarian and English) and enable visitors to chose by clicking somewhere in which one to read? (I mean, I don’t want them to scroll down for the other version and I don’t want to use a translator because it doesn’t work well with Bulgarian) Basically, what I want is BG/EN link in the secondary navigation menu (e.g. under “Contact us”) and when you click on it, the blog appears in the language you clicked on (yeah, I know I’m not good at explaining, sorry :D)
