Some of my students for our school can’t sign in because they forgot their passwords and when they try to create a new password, it does not allow them because it shows the email is already recognized. How do I get their emails out of the system?

It’s unnecessary to change an email address in order to change an account password. See the Change Your Password section of the Passwords support page.

I don’t know why this would happen. Are you sure they are following the instruction in the “Change Your Password” section correctly?
