Sign-In Problem

  Hi – I’m able to log-in to all my WordPress information, and all the information for my website shows up there…but not if I go to wp-admin. I had it hosted on GoDaddy, and I used to have to go through the cPanel, then to applications. When I try to log-in using the wp-admin page directly, it says my username and email are not recognized. Any ideas?
