Sign Language on WordPress

  Hello WP users

  WordPress never has embraced Sign Language before. How can you submit a web form using a video recorded in Sign Language instead of typing? This using modern web technologies only without Flash or any other “crap”.

  That said, I would like to point here to a new plugin we developed for many years and is now on the marketplace: https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/videomail/

  It’s kinda new, unique and a big change. Also can record any video (with or without audio) in any web forms.

  Got any questions, ideas or even criticism, put them here or contact me through other channels. It’s time to make the web more accessible for Sign Language users, especially Deaf people. Spread the word. Thanks :-)

  You’ve contact us about this before in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/sign-language-in-contact-forms, and at that time I relayed your suggestion to our accessibility team. I’ll update them that you now have an extension developed that does this, but as there is no way for someone to use this service for free I don’t know how likely it is that we’d include it on WordPress.com.

  As this is not a support issue I’m closing this thread. Please don’t start any new threads to promote your plugin.
