The widget for signing up to be a reader on my blog seems to only work for other bloggers.
How do I get non-blogger users able to sign up for email notices for my blog?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The widget I use is subscriptions. Readers should get notified of each post. I have used this since June, and until recently they get my post notices. WordPress changed something, which I asked about in my question under the question topic.

All a person needs to provide to subscribe is an email address. They do not need to have a blog. See here please:
