  Hi, I am attempting to sign up for a new website and after I select the free option I receive a white screen of death with no error information. Clearing the cache doesn’t fix it and the same thing happens on every device/browser I try to use, as well as when I try to use other emails.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hey there, I just tried duplicating this and wasn’t able to. Is the screen a true White Screen of Death (zero info on it) or are you stuck at the “Turning on the Lights” type message with a waiting indicator on it?

  Also, are you starting with this link or something else?
