Hello there. I am trying to create a way to gather readers email addresses and be able to send them my own personalized emails such as monthly news letters and inspirational emails at random times. I want to be able to collect the emails and send them all the same email at the same time. Is there a plug in or way I can do this and make sure they do not get any other emails, only ones I personally make? Thank you guys so much for any help!

All that’s required to follow any blog hosted by wordpress.COM is exactly what you were required to provide to register here, and that is a valid email address that the published posts can be sent to.
Here subscribers control their own subscriptions and frequency of receipt of posts from sites they subscribe to. We cannot act on their behalf.

Widgets can be configured to appear only on certain pages (or be hidden on certain pages) by clicking on the Visibility button.

No. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on wordpress.com sites.

It’s important to know that when we provide an email address to receive blog updates or to submit comments those are the only purposes it can be used for.
If what you want to know is the personal identities of those who follow you then know that many of us refuse to provide our personal name and email addresses so we aren’t spammed with stuff we did not subscribe to receive. Instead, we use a pseudonym and a throw-away email address for blogging purposes.
