How do I add an aWeber subscriber form to my sidebar?

I am really upset about now. I purchased this theme and my domain name from you believing that if I paid the upgrade fee I would be able to totally customize my site. I’ve written quite a bit, and changed a few things like fonts and colors and from the instruction I received was led to believe I could insert a custom sign up form on the right side in the sidebar like all the other students in my course.
Now you say I can’t have a form of my choosing.
So what are my options?
Do I need to have my site hosted elsewhere? If so, how do I go about having it transferred? Do I need to purchase a new theme elsewhere and start all over?
This is really, really frustrating and I’m very upset.

You can control the appearance of your blog with a Custom Design upgrade.
Also, you can easily add a Follow Widget to the sidebar of your blog. This way your students can follow your blog and get notification by e-mail.Another option would be inviting your students to follow your blog.
Note that there are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
