Is there a way to download the contact info of the people who signed up for my Village Wino wine club on my website? If so, where would I find this information?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. If you are using the build in Contact Form feature available on WordPress.com, you can export your Feedback in an XML file.

Go to brixdetroit.com/wp-admin (login if you haven’t done so), then to Tools > Export. Under ‘Choose what to export” select the radio button next to Feedback and click the ‘Download Export File’ button.

    Hope this helps!

That should read, “the built-in Contact Form feature…” sorry.

    Hi brixdetroit,

I would like to add another method for accomplishing the same task outlined by Kristina. This method does not require you to go into the ‘Old-School’ WordPress admin dashboard.

Go to My Sites > Settings Scroll down and click on Export.

Next to the big blue ‘Export All’ button, click the downward facing arrow. Check the radio dial next to Feedback, then click the Export Selected Contact button.

This will download an XML file with all of the contacts inside of it. It’s not the easiest thing to read, unfortunately.

If you have a WordPress.com Business Plan, you gain access to a plethora of plugins that can streamline this process for you.

Good luck, and let us know if you have any further questions! :-)

Thanks Taylor for clearing that up!

Also, brixdetroit, if you need help understanding the XML file once it is downloaded, you can use an XML to CSV converter (search Google for one) to help organize the content of your Feedback form.
