I manage another wordpress site named ladyboss-unlimited.com and i keep having issues getting into wordpress. when i try to sign up for an account it tells me that my email address is not able to be used ( (email visible only to moderators and staff)) and when i try to sign in it tells me that my email doesn’t exist. So i am sitting here with my account in some kind of limbo and i need to get my website up and running properl;y

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by CoolHandle. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
