  One of my followers isn’t getting my blogs. So she signed up again but still isn’t! ???

  Are they appearing in the follower’s Reader – https://wordpress.com/following/edit?

  It’s also worth checking this page – https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions – to make sure they’re not blocking emails from WordPress.com.
