  I want to make a new page for an exercise challenge. I want people to be able to sign up with their email, so they’re listed on the page as a participant. Then they report in each week in the comments as to how they’re doing.
  How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t think this is possible on WordPress.com. What you can do is add a form and when you receive entries, you manually add the name on a page ?

  You can add a Contact form, and that will give you their emails, or you can create a static Sign Up page and people can sign up in the comments. Then create a new page or post for each week where they can add how they are doing.
