Sign Up Problems

  Hi!

  I started a blog and invited several of my team project members to join up as contributors. Problem is three of them already signed-up but never received a confirmation e-mail from WP. They can’t log in nor can they sign up again using the same e-mail address as the system says it’s already recorded. Please help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have them check their email spam filters.

  Thanks Sacred Path for posting.

  I had them check their spam filters but there was nothing. It’s strange because one team member, who is not on the company server is OK. But the other who is on a cox.net server is not.

  Anyone hear of any server issues with WP yesterday?

  We can send the activation email from support. The person who signed up should use the WordPress.com support contact form and let us know they need their activation link re-sent. It would be helpful to include the email address, username, and blog name used during the sign up process.
