  i have created a website on wordpress and now i want to allow users around the globe to signup and upload media. also, i want to know what plugin to use for creating user profiles and how to automate it whenever a new user signs up. also when a new user signs up it should not ask for admin permission or a role. i want them to be registered as users who can post, like and comment.

  This support forum is for free wordpress.com blogs. http://www.pixurge.in/ is a self-hosted wordpress.ORG install and is a completely different website from http://colourvisual.wordpress.com/. What you want to do is not possible on the wordpress.com site. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
