Signature in Post

I include an image of my name at the end of each post. Is it possible to have this image automatically inserted into each post? or do I have to manually insert the image with each post.

No it will not be automatically inserted. Yes you will have to include the coding for a thumbnail image. You can create a draft post with those in it and copy and paste into every new post.

    Option 2
In some themes there is gravatar and an author profile is automatically displayed at the end of each post. In most themes there is no such feature and the data derived from here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About You (section) does not appear on the blog, it appears appears on your Gravatar profile page only.

The Twenty Eleven theme has a type of signature feature built in. To use it, each person should log in and go to the Users > My Profile page in the blog dashboard and fill out the “About you” section.
