Signed up but can’t get started

  I signed up and paid for a one month premium business account. When I try to start building, it’s asking me to upgrade before I can start my design. Why do I have to pay again?

  Hi there – The WordPress.com account you are signed into now doesn’t have any sites or upgrades. Could it be that you purchased this through a different WordPress.com account?

  We can try to help. Can you tell us the site URL you originally purchased the one-month Business plan for?
