Signing In

  I’m in my WordPress account setting currently. However, I received an email update for a WordPress blog I’m following and when I try to access it, I get a sign-in page from WP. When I try to enter my info, it tells me that my username is incorrect, even though I literally have another tab open showing me my username. Then I click on reset my password and enter my email address and WP tells me they don’t have a user on file with that address! Which I know of course isn’t true. Could you please sort this. Obviously, I can access my account right now, but if I ever reset my cache or upgrade my OS, I’m afraid I’ll never get back in and I want to preempt that.

  If no one will help me here, I need a phone number or email address with which to contact WordPress. The lack of support here is stunning.
