signing on to manage account

    I began creating my website in April 2021. I already paid for an annual plan. I tried going to ringinthelove.com/up-login like I had done previously to work on my site before publishing but it says it doesn’t exist. I tried to add the domain again, but my domain is showing taken (because it’s mine). Please help me get signed on to manage my existing site, because I don’t want to pay the yearly plan again. Thanks.

    The site I need help with is ringinthelove.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
