  i dont want to be attached to ANY contracts, you guys give 2 options, 1 year and 2 years.
  If i dont like or think the design part is what I want, I Want to be able to cancel and not owe anything else. Payment is month to month correct?

  WordPress.com does not offer any month-to-month billing plans, only annual payment options. Please see this post for details.

  The annual pricing is broken down as a monthly price on the upgrade page for informational purposes, but all payments are made on an annual basis.
