I have yried thru the app 3x and they send email but the email tells me it is unable???

Do you mean you are trying to sign in to the app using the email address on your Account Settings page. Can you tell me more about the error message you are seeing?

Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to log on via the app? Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app?
