Signing up to my page and domain rights

  I am trying to allow non WordPress users to sign up to my page. How do I do that?

  Also how do I own my domain name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, you don’t have a custom domain with us at this time, but you do have a free .wordpress.com address which you’re welcome to use here.
