Howdy –
Folks with WordPress.com accounts can find you in the Reader and follow from there or via the +Follow icon in the bottom right corner of the site.

I want to add different topics in a single page itself, so that users can scroll down to read other sections.

Posts can be organized with categories and tags. You can then link to those individually to bring up a specific list of posts. Does this sound like what you’re trying to do?
Pages can be customized with paragraphs about different topics too.
