  users are not able to register on our WordPress site we are using the socialv theme the registration page has been working fine until yesterday then it just stopped.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hey there,

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  It looks like the WordPress.com login settings here: https://wordpress.com/settings/security/magalocally.com need to be deactivated. This setting can sometimes interfer with user login systems.

  I’d recommend deactivating “Allow users to log in to this site using WordPress.com accounts” and then navigating to Settings > Permalinks > click Save.

  Hi there!

  It appears the WordPress.com login option was still turned on. I just turned it off for you. Can you test it again and let us know if it’s working now?

  Also, it would help us understand the overall site goal for you. Would you mind sharing a brief of what your site is about? I can see that it has membership and forum plugins. What features do visitors get from your site? Do they need to pay to become a member?

  You also mentioned the registration was working before it stopped. Do you remember making any changes to your site that may have led to this? For example, a plugin update, a new plugin install, or something similar?
