"signup" ad taking over my blog

  Each time I log into wordpress, a “new account” page pops up and I cannot access anything else. I am automatically sent to signup.wordpress.com/signup/. I am able to log in and see my menu. I can see my blog by typing in its address (califraven.wordpress.com) but I cannot access my dashboard or manage my blogs or create a new post. I don’t know what’s going on.
