Signup Process Bug

  Hi Guys,

  There appears to be a bug for Windows ie8 users, when they are signing up on this page: https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1

  The problem seems to be that when a password is entered but is too weak, the normal warning does not appear. The user thinks therefore they can click on the “sign up” button, but nothing happens.

  It’s not repeated on mac chrome or pc firefox that i can see.

  How do we alert WordPress to this so they can fix?
