Silesia; can't scroll sliding sidebar

    Is this sliding sidebar meant only to contain one or two items?
    Mine has four: but as in combination they’re longer than my screen, O can’t see all of them because there appears to be no scrollbar and the opened sidebar doesn’t scroll with the contents.
    Advice most welcome.
