I have been charged for the above websites but I didn’t even know that they were still active as they are not showing on my dashboard. Please, can you help me get access to them so I can cancel any subscription as they haven’t been used in many years? Thanks, Anton.

silverbulletblog.com is not associated with the account you’re using here. This is why you do not find it in the dashboard, it’s connected to a different user account.
Sign in to that account and post back here for us. Then we can evaluate a refund.

Hi there, I’ve tried to use all my previous email addresses and usernames to log in but it says that these users do not exist so not sure how to proceed. Any suggestions? Thanks, Anton
