Can anyone recommend a WordPress theme that would look similar to this layout?

I recommend hiring a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and setting up your own WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and get the advice of WordPress.ORG bloggers.

We don’t have a theme exactly like the one showing at http://www.ledmac.com/radius/ here at WordPress.com, but here are a few similar ones you might like that have a strong left-side image:
