  Dear Word Press,

  Hope this emails finds you well. Our website was suddenly down:
  simon-birch.com

  We used to edit our website through word press, however it is suddenly gone, and I can’t see any records of our website! May I kindly know why is it down? Anything to do with our billing details? Or who would be the most suitable person I should get in touch with for this matter?
