Simple Bloggers Don’t Want All This Complicated Stuff

We are into writing, not being software experts that’s required to do an article using this new system. It’s way too complicated. Way over most of our heads. WP needed to simplify, not complicate it’s new system. It’s just common sense not to drive people away with this intimidating editor system.

You’ve limited users of blogs with this new editing format. It’s too difficult, not user friendly and needs a class before one can actually use it effectively. It’s not at all intuitive, too complicated and no one has the time when all we want to do is post a quick blog article.

I’ve been writing my blog for three years and went to write a post and discovered there is suddenly no toolbar or obvious option to add a photo. WP needs tolisten -

Well first, wanted you to know I’ve been on computers since 1994 with the first home computer on the market, a Packard Bell Pentium 1. I’ve made a living on computers most of my time since. I’ve been paid up to $55k working on computers for 10 years.
I’ve spent half my life on computers and started on DOS. I’ve worked on one of the first windows machines at Xerox in the 80s that lost its patent to Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.
I’ve designed, researched and designed website about the human brain in 1999 that was sold on eBay. I’ve designed flash websites too in the early 2000’s.
With my background I come to WordPress with this complaint. Your new blogging system seems designed for only tech savvy people to blog eliminating those who don’t practice your tech craft. It blocks people from writing an article with preventative measures making it time consuming as well as frustrating.
We aren’t engineers at GetHub! Just give a simple template to write and put in media With URLs. Don’t block us deleting things. Don’t make it difficult to locate the html tab page. Stop the roadblocks to those with common knowledge on having to learn your new system to post an article.
