  I would like to change the wording of the comments box to say “Leave a Comment” instead of ” Leave a Reply”.
  can someone tell me where I can find the text to do this?
  is it in a script or in the database?

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help you with this.

  In the site’s dashboard, go to Settings ->Discussion. If you have the option to change the comment prompt you’ll find it there, but that will also depend on whether you’re using the WordPress software’s built-in commenting feature, or a commenting plugin. For more help with this, please ask in the WordPress.org forums which provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using instead:
