SIMPLE CODE FOR GOOGLE DOC LINK

    Hi everyone,

    Bew to these forums. Absolutely love wordpress UI.

    I want to setup a email opt-in (since the default subscribe button doesn’t provide the site owner with the user’s email). I heard one way to setup a simple email opt-in is to use a basic HTML widget:

    Was wondering if anyone can provide the code to link a blank HTML widget to a google form in which users enter their name and email. Or if there is a better way?
