Simple Job Board Plugin doesn't work in mobile device

  Thank you for your great plugin Simple Job Plugin. I was using this plugin since 2 years. I have not any issue but now from last 1 month, this plugin was not working on mobile (working fine on PC).
  All the features are working fine. When I apply for a job and submit the form neither the form doesn’t submit nor display any error. I check the configurations. There are no issue on configuration. Can anyone explain what should I do?
