Simple Payments buttons – no SOLD OUT option?

  • Unknown's avatar

I’d like to sell some goods via my website and in order to do that I upgraded to the Premium version of WordPress so I could have access to the Simple Payments buttons feature.

I did some tests and apparently it’s working very well, however there’s no option anywhere to limit the amount of goods I’d like to sell (my stock). As a consequence, perhaps my customers will be able to buy more itens then I have on stock.

Could you please implement a stock feature? A window where I can set up a limit of sales I’d like to make or something like that.

I made an album with an example of this feature implemented.

    Thanks

  • Good morning –

It sounds like you’re requiring a bit more than what the simple payment button can offer. This option is not the same as having a full eCommerce store. If this functionality is essential I would suggest taking a look at WooCommerce.com where you can manage inventory, have variable products and pricing, etc…

  • I will pass along your suggestion :)
