  On my sites WordPress dashboard right up at the top left under my sites name when you hover over it 2 links drop down, ‘visit site’ and ‘visit’ store’ If I click either I go to my home/index page. I do have a shop on my site, can I change the link?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
