  How Do I Add A Banner Image At The Top Of WordPress

  i have been trying and trying…please give me easy steps, god this is so frustrating

  From the FAQs http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/07/08/which-themes-can-i-add-a-header-image-to/

  Provided you have chosen a theme that accepts a custom header then these are the steps.
  Take note of the specific size and create a header offline that is exactly the size specified.
  -> Presentation -> Custom Image Header
  Use the Browse button to locate and select the header image on your computer and click “upload”.

  Also note that in the event that what you mean by “banner” is advertising then we are not allowed to advertise on wordpress.com blogs.
