Simpler And Fairer Digg System For WordPress : (

Hi!! : ) I have been using wordpress for a long time and I realized that you can add digg to your posts, which is great!

But one qn- must I always submit my link to digg myself first? For 3 reasons this is not very good : (

1) Submitting to many of your posts to digg may be seen as spam

2) More time-consuming and discourages users from using this digg service.

3) Since VIP users are free to do lots of stuffs, they can add lots of buttons and digg widgets to their posts easily, which is unfair to the rest of the other blogs, as we dont have this advantage. So they will get most of the diggs and the rest will not even get dugg, thus creating a wordpress ‘class system’… : ( Have you noticed why failblog and lolcats are always top of the list? It’s cuz of their advantage : (

I understand that wordpress has some rationale behind this, but I hope that wordpress can answer my three points and my main question!! Thanks a lot!! All helps are appreciated!! : )

Here is a 2nd option for you it’s called Get Social
it’s a bookmark bar that has the digg button etc.

You don’t need to submit your article to digg with
Get Social becasue your readers with do that for
you if they feel article is digg material.

There are no rel=nofollows in the links to the bookmark sites. That means your are siphoning off Google Juice and giving it to Technorati, Reddit…etc.

Here is a version of the Social Bookmark Code with NoFollows and Target Blanks (Opens in new window) It also includes the Add This! button. The whole code will fit on one line in most blog themes You should use this code, since there were some errors in the code available at the site above.

You may not need the <p style="text-align: justify;"> and </p> at the beginning and end of the code. You can delete them if you want.

All you need to do is copy the above code into a text editor like NotePad or TextEdit.

Simply Find and Replace xURIx with your post URI. You can find it when you navigate to the post after you have posted it.

Then, Find and Replace `xTITLEx with your post title.

Open your post and paste the code at the bottom, or top.

Save.

Your done! Sit back and watch the as the Social Juice flows in!
