simplest back up query

  I am currently using the free plan with wordpress.com…possibly about to upgrade to premium given I am at 75% of my limit!

  With the free version of wordpress I am using, do my posts etc automatically back up somewhere to a central system just in case something crashed etc? If not, is there a very easy way I can back-up my posts and pages etc…?
