Simplify "delete this site" option

Both administrators for the gaysmillspubliclibrary.wordpress.com have submitted the “delete this site” requests. Neither has received the promised email. We do not want to preserve the site name, and at the very least we would like the content of the site to be deleted. Please notify (email visible only to moderators and staff) when this has been accomplished. Thank you.
BTW – It would be helpful if WordPress mad the “delete this site” process simpler – it is not helpful to be referred on and on to other links.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder? Sometimes messages from WordPress.com are mistakenly deposited there.
The reason that it is not a “one click” process to delete a site is that many people don’t read and understand that doing so is permanent. This forum has many questions from sad folks who have deleted a url thinking they could re-activate it.

Forgot to mention that there was no response in the junk/spam folder. Looked there first per instructions.
