Simplypaleo.com expired

Hi, i run simplypaleo.com and it expired yesterday, it’s my lifeblood. I had 4 charges come out of my account from bluehost.com 2 weeks ago and one was for $18 so I assumed that it was for my renewal for simplypaleo (sorry for being dense). Please help get my business back live, I can’t login to renew and my email down as well.
Desperately and shitting bricks,

Thank you timethief, this is helpful. However, most of the action items say to go to “my upgrades” to get help from support I’m not able to log into my dashboard to access “my upgrades.” Any tips on how I can access login to my expired site? I’m on the phone with bluehost right now, do they have anything to do with this? Thanks so much again!

Hi again, I just got off the phone with a Bluehost guy who super helped me with troubleshooting the wordpress issue. He found that my name servers are not pointed at the right place. I already called my registrar and they said everything is done through WP, which I can only access the .com version and not my self hosted version. SOS!!
If I can’t access my regular backend login, how can I change my name servers back to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluhost.com?

Hi Lauren,
Since you purchased the domain from a different WordPress.com account, you can only manage the domain while logged in to that account. However, I see you did log in to change the domain’s name servers back to Bluehost’s, so you’re all set with that.
I also sent you an email at the email address linked to that other account, so if you need any further help with the domain you’re welcome to reply to that email and I can help you out there.
